Light from the sun is captured by the photovoltaic panels and converted, by way of the intertor, into alternating current, which is then fed in the consumer unit. If there is a demand for electricity for any household applicances, washing machine, dishwasher, hot water heater, television, lighting, etc. The power will be diverted into your domestic system providing you with free electricity.

As there is no facility to store the power being generated, any unused electricity will be diverted back to the grid and you will be paid for each unit exported.
