How does Solar Energy work?

Are there any planning problems?

In England and Scotland, you don't need planning permission for most home solar electricity systems - but you should check with your local planning officer if your home is listed, or is in a conservation area.

How much might I earn?

Anyone fitting a typical 2.5kW PV system will initially be paid 21p per kilowatt hour (kWh) generated.
